Thirds secure fourth spot as Firsts edge to safety

May 8: The Third team managed a comfortable victory at home against Marks Farm. This made it three wins on the trot for Beacon - a run that has secured them fourth place in Division 5 and a chance of promotion. The First team took three points from their double header against Focus Ferrers. After losing the first match Beacon came back to win the second. With one game left to play Rovers are now guaranteed to finish above the bottom two in the Premier Division. The Reserves' poor league form continued with an away defeat to fellow promotion hopefuls Durning. However, with two games remaining, a top-four finish is still possible.
