Reserves prepare for County Final - Weds 28th April KO:7.45pm Billericay Town FC
by
This Wednesday the Reserves play in the final of the Essex FA County Junior Trophy Competition. It's the first time a Beacon Hill side has ever reached the final of an Essex-wide tournament. Between 100 and 150 clubs enter the competition, most of whom play at a higher standard than the Reserves. And yet the team are not looking to rest on their achievement but are aiming higher still. "This is a showpiece final for the County and we will do our best to put on a good performance, and hopefully cause another upset." said team Manager Steve Carter. They have already beaten three teams of a higher status and as expected they face their stiffest opposition in the final. Their opponents are St. Clere's, who hail from Stanford-le-Hope. They are currently unbeaten in Mid Essex League Division 1 while the Reserves are fourth in Division 4. The team are looking for as much support as possible from the whole club. So let's get behind them and be part of a memorable night in Beacon Hill Rovers' history. WEDNESDAY 28th APRIL AT BILLERICAY TOWN FC (KICK OFF 7:45PM)
